1. Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. International shipping may be available upon request; please contact our customer service for more details.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-4 business days (Extended times for rural addresses)
4. Shipping Carriers
We use reputable carriers such as Australia Post, TNT, Couriers Please & Aramex to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order on the carrier’s website using this number.
6. Delivery Issues
- Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@michaelselectronics.com.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Incorrect Addresses: Ensure that all delivery details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may have restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. If your order is affected, we will notify you promptly.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@michaelselectronics.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
