1. Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We recommend you carefully consider your purchases. At owners Discretion there may be a store credit offered.

2. Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. Please note the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within a reasonable time frame.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • The fault must be assessed and confirmed by our staff.

3. Incorrect Product

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and cover any associated shipping costs.

4. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.
  3. Return the product to our store at 330 Ruthven Street or arrange for shipping.

5. Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 3 Business days for the refund to be processed.

7. Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • Special Order non-stocked products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom Made Products
